FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1.   Can I play golf, tennis and use The Landings amenities while I rent?  Yes, for a low fee of $300.00 for your entire stay,  you may enjoy unlimited golf, tennis, use of the Helm Club, swim in the Junior Olympic sized pool and participate in many activities here at The Landings.  The Helm Club Administration office will charge your credit card $300.00 upon your arrival for these amenities and refund $50.00 when you depart.  Credit card is mandatory (checks and cash are not accepted). Tee times can be made by menu instruction from your unit phone. There are no green fees and a minimal cart fee.

2.   What other expenses do I have besides paying rent?  A $500 refundable security deposit is due within ten days of making your reservation. There is also a $100 cleaning deposit, $50 administrative fee and 11% state and county tax. The actual rent is not due until ninety (90) days prior to your arrival. We offer travel insurance for your trip protection.  The rates vary, based on duration of stay and time of year.  The insurance provider can answer any of your questions and can be called toll free at (800) 554-9839.  Insurance is inexpensive and worth buying.

3.  What is provided in each unit? The unit kitchens are fully equipped, including small appliances. Each unit also has linens and towels. Washers and dryers are provided, except in one bedroom units. Not included: paper products, garbage bags, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, cleaning and laundry supplies.

4.   Where do I go when I arrive for my vacation? Come to The Landings Real Estate Sales Office for your rental package, keys to your unit and other information and instructions.  Enter The Landings and announce yourself at the guard gate, then turn left and the sales office will be your first right.  Take the divided driveway bearing right and follow it to our office.  The tennis courts will be on your left as you drive in.  The sales office is visible from the guard gate. Once you are here, our rental agents will assist you and give you all the information you will need to start your glorious vacation! From here you go to The Helm Club Administration office, located in the back of our building, to pay your amenities fee, pick up your identification cards and amenity information.  It's as easy as that!

5.  Are there any hidden fees? Absolutely not!

6.  Can I bring guests to stay or play golf?  Guests must be signed in and pay a guest fee for golf or tennis.

7.  Restrictions?  Sorry, no RV's, commercial vehicles, pickups, motorcycles, or pets allowed. 

8. Rates? We offer annual and seasonal rentals. Rates vary from subdivision to subdivision and from 1,2,3,4 bedrooms. Call for more details.
